THEN the subfloor was so bad I took it all out down to floor joists and put 2 layers of 3/4 T&G plywood down in opposite lays so cracks didnt repeat nad its one solid floor now,,,still havent decided how to finish,,,ceramic tile or wood.MY suggestion would be to test the stuff,,,IF you find it is bad and high.
