My top places will have 2 refridgerators with ice makers, central air, 2 grills, 2 washers, 2 dryers and a streaming HDTV with cable in every bedroom. 

its urgent ,its long story ,  I might need to drink a class of long island ice tea before i even can start......I got screwed on this deal big time.... now don't know what to do to get rid of it..to end this nightmare...

Also, while we understand appreciation is "just the icing on the cake", the Portland market is growing rapidly and has showed strong appreciation.

Fill it with ice in front of a fan.

They'll even go so far as to hang a bag of ice on the thermostat, to get it to call for more heat. 

There is a long line of people eligible for a voucher, and the people who hold the vouchers now are on thin ice...

The access to the crawl space was buried under about 3ft of iced over snow, but we dug it out and boy were we glad we did!
