O am likely the oldest rookie ever to join the BP student body.

They want free housing because they mistakenly believe that "shelter is a human right".

Both are for self starters, with less human interaction, but I do highly recommend everyone to actually start off on a team.

Whether its walks, family, music, food, tennis, whatever it is - make sure you keep your body, mind, and attitude good.

FACT: At no point in 10,000 years of recorded human history, has handout programs elevated a society or diminished dependency. 

Now on a human level, giving them a heads up it's increasing by 70% might be worth it(that is what the 30 days notice is for too). 

I recommend to my clients a personal guaranty if it is an entity-borrower or business purpose affidavit if a human-borrower.
