I host (2) RV sites for an owners property (he also has a cabin he rents out as an STR part time as well).

I detail a lot of this in my podcast I have been hosting for 7 years called The Investors Guide to Memphis Real Estate. 

Our previous team, found through Turno, became unavailable due to their growing business, and our current cleaner hasn't been meeting our expectations.We're hoping fellow hosts in this forum might have recommendations for cleaners who consistently provide excellent service and clear communication.

All of those are "part of doing business". 3 years, 7 Airbnbs and hundreds of guests later I'm still a proud host and a big fan of the mid-term / short-term model!

@Sachin ReliaI know they just launched a new reit 2, in their last reit they have yet to submit their audited financials from 2022 (due by April 30th) or their semi annual report for 2023 (due by September 30th)They also have switched auditing firms in this new venture….I would ask them the status of the above.

I pay very close attention to the details of my firm. 

Hi when you say website, should hosts for ABB, VRBO, FB etc have an actual we dire or are you referring to the listing links within those portals? 

With retail, I am a firm believer that if you are going into this space, you need to be fairly sure it is going to be your career.  

It's all competition now, so you'll have to be the best at pricing, amenities, and unique aspects of the property to stand out.It can be done since most hosts suck ***.We invest in the Hudson Valley.
