The obvious is to avoid a lot of south Napa bc there is a huge homeless problem bc of the homeless shelter being near by and there is more crime.

As long as you provide a safe, clean unit that follows basic rules (such as GFCI plus in the kitchen and bath), passing a Section 8 inspection is very easy.I personally like Section 8 a lot...especially the homeless incentive program.
