My girlfriend can not touch the IRA and rather have cash flowing rentals than larger IRA right now because both is beneficial and after she gets rental units then she will want to do renovation projects but for now we are just looking to use the IRA to buy rental units and refinance the IRA and hold the rentals.Brent I just wanted fed back from bigger pockets before starting thanks for your imput

You should delegate that responsibility to the landscaper, handyman, tenants (filters), to know when you start cutting grass and stop, or terms of leasing where they change it or have to pay for all repairs, etc.

Maybe our PM have bigger projects, maybe some of the investors want him and his team to do renovation so it is a bigger business for him, or maybe this is just the regular procedure, it is our first property and basically we are still learning about all of this, but the facts are that we are paying for the mortgage, electricity,water, somebody needs to cut the grass especially in this period of the year ( we don't even know is the grass cut or not) and so on.So I was trying to find out what is the normal period in which the professional PM is going to find tenants and rent the property?

The advertisements here have been pretty sporadic, I think because only three of the thirty-one routes will impact us.That said, I have seen no action from our HOA, but we are also in a transitional phase given the age of the neighborhood.It's probably about time to grass roots it... but I have no experience in this area, so going to have to lean on the experience of others.
