@Genny LiGreat question.I know the science, seen the videos, but still have not done this.My properties have lower ceilings at the water heater, even though they do have segmented rod replacement options.With the cost of water heaters, it may well be time for me to think of such things....

There is a process and science to this for a hopefully successful outcome to the landlord.You can have tenants where parent company back the full primary term of the lease and has a sub agreement with the franchisee.
