Wealth Strategy Session

Hi All. I am planning on doing my first deal by late spring early Summer. I want to do a wealth strategy session with Tom Wheelwright company Pro-Vision. This will help me better understand the tax and asset protection implications of investing out of state. The cost is about $4000. I still have to build my team and setup my entity, I want to have everything in place before executing my first deal. I just want to get some feedback. Am I being overly caution or trying to get too many things in place first? Is the $4000 a standard for the kind of knowledge I'm seeking?
