Then again, I'm only just embarking on my first direct mail campaign. 

I'll leave that to the experts for now as I'm also going through the process and devouring all the info on BP I can read on the subject.Just remember it's only a numbers game - the more people who are exposed to your marketing, the higher the chance of you getting a better response, whatever form of marketing you choose to embark upon!

This is a great question and totally understandable as far as just embarking upon something new; there was a great webinar last week that Brandon Turner hosted on How A Newbie Can Start Building Wealth Through Real Estate and the first part of it really addressed a lot of that self-doubt.
