I'm considering building a portfolio on single/duplex homes in Oregon where my parents can be my managers - and I am up there 6 times a year.

I sold my rental property to buy my current condo and am available to help investors build & grow their portfolios.

Just because someone paid to be at BP Con does not necessarily mean it’s a legit product.

I apologize for referring to it as a condo.

I am thinking of using an apartment or condo to eliminate my commute four days per week and making it available on weekends for STR.  

I am in the process of settlement on my 1st property in 1 week. i have a 5% down conv loan thru a credit union bank. this a duplex and is a row house. i plan to live in one unit and rent out the other. the seller is also selling the duplex property next to it.

I am currently closing on an occupied duplex in Cleveland, Ohio on 5/25, my first property in the area.

In the first opportunity, it's a condo that is furnished by the owner.

JPM&C is owed $71k (mortgage and interests) and the condo LLC is owed $15k.
