Do you have a list of application guidelines what you require as far as a credit score employment income, all occupants over the age of 18 must complete a separate application as well as pay for and pass a separate credit check.

@Daniel RheeList Source is good for narrowing down a list of specific properties with criteria such as age of owner, % of equity, mortgage date, etc... but what List Source won't provide is a description of the property.

She still worries at times having a maxed out HELOC, especially at our age,but she has no issues what so ever spending all the money it brings in.
