Cutting block walls usually can be done with a standard circular saw and diamond blade (as long as everything isn't core filled).

You can still find cash flow in those areas but you have to analyze a lot of "deals" that aren't really deals to find those diamonds.

You can cruise some of the sites online that list MF properties and possibly find a diamond in the rough.

awesome, yeah being from the expensive part of the Bay Area, I'm use to seeing the worse areas of Oakand, Ca  and San Francisco turn into  a gold mine, that hidden diamond in the rough i would say. 

I live on Diamond Lake in Michigan and work in Elkhart.

Other than the diamond in the rough scenario, it seems very challenging to find deals in our local market (maybe because there are not many desirable areas haha).

I read it and got training from Stuart Diamond in my previous line of work and found it incredibly useful.

Have you ever cut a slab with a saw, done a simple bullnose, and  polished the edge using diamond abrasive pads on a variable speed polisher?
