Thinking of buying multi units in St. Louis, what areas are good?
After seeing some cheap spots in St Louis, Im looking for some cheap buys to start a small portfolio, what areas are decent?

@Peter Bankhead while they may not be the cheapest, here are some zip codes which are the more stable of the area.
63139
63143
63110
63109
To me, these zip codes are the least “block by block” in the city proper.
