The Choctaw casino is on track to be completed in December, which is a huge positive for the area.

But the real deal was the Graton tribe bought the 230 acres across from us in a land assemblage took 15 years wrangling with the state and ended up building the largest Casino in Northern Ca right across the street from us  :)  and the City brought us into the city limits and up zoned us.. 

It's important to be closer to these desirable areas come summer time as these are where the bigger-drawing attractions (casinos, golf courses, clubs, bars, restaurants, etc) are located.

The best bet for a quick return is at the black jack tables in the Luxor Casino. 

Airy Casino: Try your luck at table games or slots ( Or stick to renting Airbnb's :/ )  Also offering Pool, Spa, Dining, and Golf.Pocono Racetrack: Located in the Long Pond area, there are always events going on besides just racing. 

In Augusta, we have a military base, cyber command, 5 hospitals, medical college, university, and major industry and manufacturing.  

The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

You hear economic drivers like new sports complex in Rantoul, casino coming to Danville, etc.

My father in law and husband bought it as an "investment" 20 years ago speculating that once Sullivan County gets a casino permit business would be booming.. here we go the casino is finally being built but I don't see the area turning around any time soon..
