Outside of that, you can use a library card to access either Overdrive or Hoopla and check out countless e-books and audiobooks on real estate and taxes.

Aside from the legal aspect the contractor knowing the house is empty can easily go to the property and break some windows, graffiti the property, cut some wires and countless other things that would cost you a lot of time, money and aggravation. 

We had countless framing issues that needed to be torn out and redone.

I have been studying the real estate business since last March and have attended countless webinars, networking events, investor groups and have read over 15+ real estate books.

After countless hours of research and listening to realestate investing videos I feel ready to take action.
