@Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner do an awesome job of putting them together and making sure they are full of great content

Like the contents of a house, shoved into a 2 BR apartment.

My thinking is about the blog is perhaps to hold off until either I have more content posted in the forums (as I am doing with tax and direct foreign investment knowledge) and/or when I am closer to making my first investments in real estate.

- Does the sheriff remove the contents or have people to do that? 

I find myself more on here vs other medias such as FB and Twitter as this provides actual content we can use and input in our daily lives.

CheersPercyMy lease clocks in at 17 pages (plus a cover page and 2-page table of contents for 20 pages total), but there were still things in Darren's presentation that I'd like to incorporate into my own lease.

There will be no “selling from the stage” just pure unadulterated meaty content that will be broken down into bite size “golden nuggets” that you can apply in your market andDOMINATE!"

At the end of the day, the numbers are a factor most certainly...but I've walked from pretty numbers that my gut said were going to be ugly, and I've also grabbed properties that for most would have been a no go because I was content with the appreciation and depreciation while I waited for the cash flow to get juiced up a bit...so it really depends on your goals. 

There's lots of content that I'd heard before and lots that is new but I love it that I have the accountability to myself to start each day thinking about how I'm going to accomplish my goals.
