A common rhetoric is "if you find a good deal, the money will come"..in my experience that is false.

👏 Agree, this is the kind of data that can help you stay ahead of the curve.

Looking at their forums, their moderators are against any kind of growth or adaptation of new technologies. 

And this should be a "living and working in ___ environment fit's good with my life" kind of things. 

Remember someone may be coming on your property every month to change the sign, unless they have some kind of direct access.2.

I know one-sided relationships usually don't last, but given my lack of experience I doubt I can be much of a value-add friend - unless you're looking for insider tips on how NOT to do some things :)  So you folks with more experience, let me know what kinds of things turn you up or down when it comes to newcomers.

The only question is are you getting ripped off because they're not going to do the job, because that's comically cheap for any kind of work like that.

They have no license to do any kind of real estate loans.

Kind of like a lot of the people that tell folks to get started in real estate with no money is to start with wholesaling.
