I havent gotten an insurance for this and a week after close I consulted some insurance provider and he didnt offer me insurance options.

You can have multiple conventional mortgages and have a great credit score as long as you don't pay late or get too close to the maximum debt to income ratio.

We closed about 3 weeks later.

Vegas has the best long term returns, and it likely won't be close. 

That could be thousands of dollars, and you might not even close, so they just wasted several grand for no reason.

To me the rewards do not come close to outweighing the negatives in this situation.

When the tenant moves out and the funds are distributed either to the tenant or the landlord for damages, then the subaccount for that specific tenant has a zero balance and that subaccount is closed. 

And it doesn’t end in closing the deal; it's the beginning of an extraordinary transformation to come with a full renovation and redesign!
