I have some very good attributes to bring to table. 

Pictures add to much added attention from unqualified leads who don't care about RE, but would like to character assassinate you.I would instead find more subtle way to discuss real estate, start a lunch group to discuss RE.

Their front and backyards are always very well maintained and they don't attract unsavory characters to the neighborhood. 

As Oprah Winfrey said, "I attribute my success to staying in my own lane".

I would rather lend to someone I know personally and that knows me personally because I think it heightens the payback probability and allows me to judge the most important thing here which is character.  

I am a real estate broker in Fort Wayne IN and it is my legal, professional and personal character to always do what's best in the interest of my buyer/seller and I immediately submit any and all offers to sellers regardless of price.

I don't think you can do much with that lot, and if you could, it wouldn't be in character with the neighborhood.
