You don't know me but I think I recall your name from years ago affiliated with Ryan Skalla. If I am in error, I attribute it to lost brain cells!

I heard your presentation at the Nov 2013 Bill Tan LAREIA meeting.

Q: Do you know of any private money borrower who could use my IRA funds for their investment property? I do not qualify through the Norris Group and would like to move my std IRA funds immediately for about 2-years.
