Those that claim to cashflow well are either a) full of it or b) old and in a class C area where your probability of being able to achieve those cashflows are low.

What type or level depends some on how much $$ (or % or raise) they still need to raise, AND if the likelihood of achieving that part of the raise is high, or just not very unlikely.

You need to be an expert in the market to make sure you can hit your assumptions and you can achieve the income and expense projections.Hope that helpsGino

So everything going downward including his house being foreclosed for unknown reasons he gave up and lost his motivation holding onto what he worked so hard to achieve his wife, his house his kids...
