Landlord rules are you install it as a permanent structure its mine (insulated and walled the garage) temporary it's yours (huge wall storage, which is too difficult to move he can keep lol)Would I be considered a dirty tenant I don't think so.

Perhaps they charge people for storage or laundry and are counting that income in the rent roll, which shouldn't be the case.

Also, there are 2 garage spots that were never used by the tenants (they were used for storage by seller, and there is enough driveway space for tenants).
