Just scrolled through a bunch of similar properties and none of the bathrooms look as good as we originally planned to make it. 

@Jacob Joye  You can go on furnished finder and see the competition and demand for your area for MTR , on the first page you can search scroll down and see demand.

And then the other thing that jumped out at me was I had to scroll through a lot of pictures to get to a kitchen picture.

Josh,I too am having the issue when I hit quick reply or advanced, the menu to the left appears, but I have to scroll down under it to see the thread and reply box.

We have like 30 apartments in my area..... but you can scroll around on the map and click on a property that’s not marked and get the same info.

I could see a possible confusion is if a relatively newer member scroll down the list of forums and see "Renters" under "General Real Estate" they probably would assume that's the forum for landlords to post about "renter issues".
