For the shower enclosure, do you use tile or a 3-sided plastic shower enclosure?

There is a time and place for an attorney ...but general landlording isn’t rocket surgery and most things you can do yourself to find a solution with a little knowledge and some basic people skills .

I called a thawing company out and they said that a section of the piping is plastic so their machine didn’t work to thaw it out...

Its an older town house that does have poor insulation.I lived there for 4 years prior to purchasing another home and to help the draft we would seal the windows with plastic insulating during winter.

Cans, glass, food, plastic, paper......the glass shatters in the fire and mixes with food sometimes.

You might start with a cheap plastic barrier to see if it stops the condensation. 

Right now its just connected to the kitchen vent with a plastic tubing type material connecting the kitchen vent to the up stairs vent so its not really being pushed up there but thats an easy fix.

You could be out at a strip club or paying for your moms surgery we don’t care.
