I'm hoping to connect with an agent in Nashville who is interested in JV-ing some deals!

So far, some destinations we are looking at are: Cincinnati, OH...Columbus, OH...Tampa, FL...Memphis, TN, & Nashville, TN.

I have investor/friends who buy here in Nashville that just sold property in Alberta to move to Saskatchewan. 

I’ve built a team across the US and we need like minded people to do business with in Memphis, Nashville, Las Vegas, San Diego, LA, Chicago, and Charlotte.

In Nashville we have access to the permit history of a property through the Planning department's website. 

It's R10 (In Nashville that means two units is allowed as long as lot is 10,000 SF which it is) so a second unit should be fine, but if I have codes come out to make the apt officially legally livable, what would happen?
