Football season you'd get people for home games and you'd likely be able to attract families visiting students but again I don't think it's that often.If you want vacation rentals look at Branson, Lake of the Ozarks, and Eureka Springs. 

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio State Buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games.

No one is going to convince me that the past 2 decades of financial performance is a fantasy.

Throw a dart We have tech companies, two pro football teams, a huge stadium mega dev going up, more talk about the south LA area (think around the Forum) and the purple line going in and more planned over the next 7-8 years, and we will host the Olympics in 2028.

Townhomes CAN be a great investment- I have one that is in Uptown Charlotte, right across from the Panthers / Charlotte Football Club's Bank of America stadium, and it is a consistently excellent rental, with major appreciation- but that was a very unique investment.

I love to play sports like Sand Volleyball, flag-football and kickball.  

In a perfect fantasy world, I'd love to meet someone actually doing rehabs and tag along as they evaluate a property to see which pieces of puzzle I'm missing.  

So please stop trying to pawn this crap off on unsuspecting people, and please stop telling those of us on the ground here in Detroit your fantasy tales about these worthless properties.
