The mother of the 2nd floor tenant is a nice lady, I have met her once while I was there with the house inspector.

Then I manually adjust their charge and move on.That is what we've been doing up to this point (using a couple excel calculations) but this is wildly un-scalable.

She seemed sincere and like a great lady though and she definitely sells a lot.

In the Midwest I know of a lady on BP who bought a place for 14k and put 40 into it with everything new.

To me real estate is always a numbers game, you can do just about any thing including forwarding brokers email blasts to people, I have never tried that but I as a wild guess I would say you would need to forward 100,000 to 1 million, and with those kind of numbers you could hit a person who was happy enough you did it to send you a finders fee. 

Just  purchased a 4 unit from a lady that was doing exactly that.

I received a call this morning from a lady in another city.

I do notice alot of the workers like to call me "Boss Lady" I wonder if they are just assuming I'm their employer and could sue me in the furutre if they're negligent, get into accident or slip and fall?
