I haven't tried suggesting an installment sale or done an owner carry (other than one pre-foreclosure) and have just done cash wholesaling so far.

recently, a fellow investor and I were discussing the most difficult aspect of wholesaling.

I've been reading a lot about wholesaling and I was wondering how to go about it in Philadelphia . do I need the real estate license  to do wholesaling in philly and what are some northern things I should look out for 

I have a few deals in the pipepline where wholesaling will not work, but a lease option might.

My advice to new investors is to start wholesaling properties.

We are interested in all aspects of real estate investing whether it is Wholesaling, Pre-habbing, rehabbing, rent to own or buy & hold.

However, I'm starting with Wholesaling to raise funds.  

Hi, I’m Karen Bowser and I’m recent to wholesaling.

Forgive me if this is a subject hence beat to death but....I would love for assistance with at least a general outline of the wholesaling process to see if it right for me and to get a sense of whether or not the market is overly saturated.Regardless of which replies I get please note I intend to report back to the forum to relate my experiences!
