The last time I did that I listed on a Wed, walk through first thing Sat, completed app by Sun morning and approved Mon night and only because I dawdled getting employment confirmation Mon afternoon instead of first thing.

Tons of weddings and wine tasting tours brings in folks from all over.

My wife and I weren't married at the time of our first purchase (the wedding was weeks away but still the answer was no).

Unfortunately I will be in Kent, Ohio for a wedding tonight but I am down to go tomorrow night after my dinner appointment.

Termite inspection was Wed and I was told by inspector the problem had been treated correctly with no sign of re-occurrence (pre-2004 issue).

The city needs bigger units for weddings and funerals etc.

In considering what their "damages" would be - they are living in the basement of the wife's mother, where they moved to take care of her after a surgery, shortly after their wedding - so their damages would seem minimal.

In the future I want some vacation rentals and my end goal is a wedding venue.
