There's recent commercial activity with restaurants and shops (Northwood Village, for example) that seems to either be driving it or complementing it, which I interpret as a good sign.

An investment in Sewickley Village would be sound.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

If on a tighter budget Bridgeport, Mckinley Park and Marshall Square/Little Village.

The neighboorhoods I'm aiming for - Areas around Hopkins (Charles Village, Remington, Hampden, etc.)- Northeast Baltimore (Lauraville/Hamilton)- Near TowsonAny recommendations for agents familiar with any of these neighboorhoods?

Purpose: The Neighborhood Service District allows for convenience retail shopping, personal services, and professional offices principally serving the needs of the neighborhoods within and around the village center.

I own two rentals by York University on Four Winds drive (not in the YorkU village). 

The village we have rentals in want to create an ordinance making the landlord responsible for the tenant’s actions.
