Looking for investor friendly real estate brokers/agents

Hello Baltimore BP!

I'm looking to purchase a multi-family home early next spring, and I'm looking for an investor-friendly agent to help me locate properties. The neighboorhoods I'm aiming for 

- Areas around Hopkins (Charles Village, Remington, Hampden, etc.)

- Northeast Baltimore (Lauraville/Hamilton)

- Near Towson

Any recommendations for agents familiar with any of these neighboorhoods?

 I don't know your price range but, Charles Village, Hampden will be way different than Hamilton. Not  only price, but also customer base and rental rates etc... are different.

I also suggest to consider a SFH around Hamilton and also Hampden. You can turn a good cash flow with them. Although Hampden got way expensive, so hard to find a good one unless you want to renovate.
