Pretty frustrated and really need help ASAP - would love if someone new what I'm doing wrong or if something is wrong with the site.  

If not, consider adding on-site amenities that make your rental a attraction in itself, so guests don't have to leave to find the fun!

They are going to do pretty much the same what I am doing right now (which is posting on Zillow and similar sites and putting a board in front of the property) as long as it is about renting.   

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.There are over 20 real estate accountants on this site.

Any syndications with other sites for marketing units?

This happens regularly, according to the on-site care taker of the property.

I haven't done any skip tracing really.. but I you look at all of those sites like been verified, spokeo, etc... you can tell there is a ton of information out there tied to every person, people with the same names in same cities... multiple people tied to different addresses..etc...

Unfortunately I got a statement saying that I was being charged several different fees including the underwriting fee as well as a site visit fee (they never came to visit site).

Just depends if the site wants to cater to the true fan or to a larger audience (and both are viable models).
