Real estate investing has become a true passion of mine because I love the idea of taking a run-down, neglected property and transforming it into a home where people can truly enjoy living.

Good for the old tenant and I wonder who thought it was a good idea to do this to people.

If I changed the filter to around 3-5 years then I can see 1 or 2 properties but i'm not sure if that is enough for an appraiser to use.I'm fairly new to real estate so if there is any feedback on what I can get a better idea than that would be awesome.

Where do you come up with the idea that you could sell here? 

I think having an LLC is a great idea, but I have heard it makes it difficult to get conventional loans.
