hi everyone i hope everyone is doing ok. im a out of state investor and looking to buy a triples or fourplex in subur of chicago, my question here is : are there specific suburbs  where i can find those type of properties. anybody here investing in chicago suburb, which suburbs of chicago is a good place to invest . thanks for your response

I'm investing in BroadMark and Arixa and currently looking at IronBridge for an even more conservative option.Then I have a smaller equity allocation to triple NNN leases.

Just do your due diligence compulsively, triple-check, and ask questions.

For that I cannot agree more, I'm more your properties should have easily double in value, if not tripled.

Look at all those LA investors who haven't cash flowed in a long time, but have had properties double and triple in value.
