I plan on getting agreements before building to buy from my Utility account before commencement of solar development. at a 1cent discounted rate. 

Some people are stubbornly attached to real estate which is fine and good, but I can't justify paying a premium for debt right now when other assets are soo discounted.

In my area the amount of inventory has had a high impact on off season bookings, with a tremendous amount of price pressure chasing bookings.
