The previous owner raised the price on her rental by $100/mo when she painted the dark taupe that was super popular, but she missed the gray wave entirely and had to drop the price, just because her paint was outdated and make the whole place look tired.

We’ve already fallen for all the other scams & we’re tired of it!

We are tired of renting and want to learn all the things that come with buying, owing, and then renting/selling a home.

You may find more property in the south, but you'll find higher rehab costs (generally).Maybe this is an unpopular outlook, but if you follow the herd, you'll tire of the competition.

That will go a long way in letting brokers know that you are serious and aren't just a tire kicker.
