What if the seller signs a new contract with the wholesaler...is my assignment contract retroactively re-activated or is that assignment contract only tied to the last expired seller's contract, which at this moment is null and void?

Thanks @Stephanie Potter my main issue was having to go through 2x refinances due to seasoning requirements and the LTV @ 70% means I have to keep more capital tied up than I would like in the property.
