But I have tried to use the find members search to look for potential investing partners but it never seems to work for it it only spins around and just pop back up to the beginning page showing people who live in Florida and California while I live in NC?

Although I would want to move to one of those states I think it'sonly because I'm a newbie who is looking at the numbers and my head is spinning.  

So much to do, so many opportunities it makes my head spin.

Other spins on selling would be sell with owner financing and carry the note on the house to generate income that way and spread out your tax bill.

I promise I will smarten up on it and not waste everybodies time or spin my wheels.

And if you can't make the time to answer phone calls and market your business you could be spinning your wheels for a long time while never actually getting any deals.

I have done a lot of studying and it has made my head spin.

I was wasting their time not on purpose but I was as many newbies spinning the realtors wheels.I really wanted to buy, I never knew of bigger pockets, I didn't know of Reia, I just new I wanted real estate.
