In other words, I think some people believe there is some sort of cachet associated with using the term in that way...In terms of just pure incorrect spelling, my top pet peeve spot goes to people who use "loose" when they mean "lose"...until the Internet, I never realized this was a common mistake...

Regarding the course, it really boils down to whether you feel the need to have the steps spelled out with the intention to take action with each step, immediately.  

I have gotten some good tips from his posts, however the spelling in the past few posts makes me wonder if he is using a cheap VA to respond to certain keywords on here.

Have everything spelled out legally along the way, and see how it goes.

Any mixing of personal expenses with IRA expenses can spell disaster.  

You should have a clause in your rental agreements which spells this out.

We were lucky that we got that warm spell for them to do it.

It is all spelled out in the lease and I make sure to point it out and have them initial it when they sign the lease.
