When I add a new buyer I send them an email welcoming them to the list, sending my contact info, etc. and an example of what my email blasts look like and to make sure to add me as a Contact so my emails don't go to Spam.

The slowdown in spam calls started last month.

I still get spam mail from them and ive unsubscribed from their email blasts i dont know how many times. 

I won't name names so they don't get spammed, but thank you guys!

I finally got a call blocking app on my phone that screens many known spam and scam and telemarketing numbers.

Again, I don't mean to be a jerk about it but it appears your broker asked every agent there to come onto this post and spam about OH. 

If you figure out how to stop the spam you will win a Nobel Peace Prize. 

FUD - Fear Uncertainty DoubtAnd just because it's a Subject To, doesn't make it a dealI've actually seen some of the Subject To "deals" offered on the over hyped & spammed "community" (I'm glad they are having a great time) but they really are not deals and the risk far outweighs the value.

Where have you been seeing the most consistent deal flow thats not just your typical email lists that spam you with the same deals you see posted everywhere.

But....I totally agree, ALL the junk mail, phone solicitation calls, spam emails and text I receive is very annoying.
