I've spoke with the folks over at Abodea, who do offer a scalable call-center approach to HOA PM at quite affordable rates, but we're still missing the kind of local, on-site general contractor/handyman or capital management planning schedules that would be required for proactively addressing homeowner and community association needs. 

I would argue that a duplex is more affordable - are they doing the site work as well?

I’m not sure how I came across this site about 3 years ago as a non-doctor but I’ve learned a lot of great information from it.

We will handle projects in other parts of the state when an investor cannot use a local crew that is proximate to the job site. 

Is your whole purpose on this site just to come post stupid inflammatory things?  

Site is flat, all funding in place... we are going building.
