Back then, I wished I could be 3 years older and graduated in 1995 so I could ride the real estate wave in the Silicon Valley.

Most of the flip money even in NYC or pricy Silicon Valley is already made.

I did read that Facebook may move away from Silicon Valley due to the high housing costs.
