Listen to both guys on your shoulders--pay off the non-income producing debt before taking on more debt that does produce income.  

Some of those hours are management hours sure, but I'm not walking around in Dockers holding a clipboard looking over someone's shoulder.

A company like ours can provide them up to about 70% of that due diligence, but the responsibility still lives on their shoulders to trust but verify.Last but not least, I agree with Chris and that the "2% rule" is nothing but fantasyland.
