I'm considering conducting a FREE 90 minute Q and A session for any newer investors (focusing on wholesalers or flippers) to answer questions along the topics of financing, how assignment contracts work and whether they make sense, the difference in NC between DD and EMD deposits, and some other basics.

I've found a few solid rentals on our MLS, however, the most lucrative deals tend to be sold investor-to-investor at local deal-making sessions and through the local REIA. 

@Marc Stewart I usually just hire sub's for my rehabs but I recently used Dil's Handymen after hearing about them at the OKC deal makers session. 

@Dennis Metzler--have you attended TREIA and Triangle Deal Maker Sessions meetings to network with others in the area?

They start every landlord tenant court session with a speech that it doesn't matter what kind of sob story you have....if you don't have your rent money, you will be evicted.
