There is some other entertainment value to the story value...season tickets went up thousands, jerseys doubled...it has got to be more than just basic t-shirts, hotels rooms, airbnb double?

I'd prefer to not poison our guests if we can get away with it lol.I think we have our options for bedding sorted out (bed and pillow covers) but are looking for options besides fogging for the room in general.Does anybody have experience with this?  

There are also two caveats to this: We really can’t start the full reno until January (closing August 31) and we are trying to get away with a small down payment given that we will be paying rent and mortgage for a year while the renovation is underway.
