I've bought 4 properties in Ohio just out of pictures that my agent sent me.I'm from San Diego and have a team there that I can trust, this is really important to give you up to speed in negotiations out of state.

On a residential street with families, you have STR guests speeding down the road, without regard for where kids may live and play.

What do you use to keep engaged with your network and keep them up to speed on what you're up to and vice versa?

This will provide quite a few years of stable connectivity throughout the property even if internet speeds drastically increase (unlikely).

If you are able to I would find a mentor as well and this will ultimately help speed up the process of learning.
