Also @Andrew Syrios thank you for your opinion also, it´s pretty much helpful to have different opinions and perspectives, but still difficult to decide when someone it´s just beginning.  

The thread addresses a different topic, the Real Estate Professional status, but the same principle applies to the hours in both contexts.

Is replacing the HVAC with a completely different unit the best solution?

Since MTR is similar to both in different ways, you'll need a custom tech stack to cover all your needs. 

However, a lot of concerns can be mitigated with looking at their past rental behavior in a lot of different settings.

But what about using a different way?

The problem is that there isn't a lot out there, and when looked into each comp extensively, I saw the numbers were deflated because they were 'as-is' properties with extensive damage, or properties with a well, and other mis-matched differences.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.
