I can't make any of the evening meetings so I'm selfishly asking if anyone would want to get together at lunch time or for breakfast during the week. 

Just speaking to the 'personal brand' of what you drive.I was having breakfast with a long-time seller and lender and now friend of mine a couple years ago.

After getting expert advice from your CPA, attorney, etc. before proceeding with this.Also, in case you have not heard of some good Denver networking events to widen your circle of connections, I really like the Denver Apartment Network, The Creative Real Estate Investors Lunch Series, ICOR, John Fisher Breakfast, Bad *** Real Estate gatherings.

On top of the weekend class to "really" learn a thing or two instead of wasting your valuable time like at the meeting I was attending, they then were pitching their exclusive next tier program where you and 15-or-so others could have the distinct "privilege" of having breakfast/brunch with them and be able to talk with them for the low price of $500...THEN there was their "top dog" program where you and a select few could have the great honor of becoming their  padawan after you took out a 2nd mortgage on you or your parents house to pay $50k for that honor.

Our chamber has a weekly breakfast meeting.

Bought a Bed & Breakfast at 21 and then some multi families a few years later.

Hotel for me - I need my hot breakfast every morning when on vacation or business trip :-)

Their latest version is still at the level of WEB 0.5 circa 1997.Realtors, especially the one that are representing the buyers should be able to add some value otherwise discount brokers like RedFin and others are going to eat their commision for breakfast.
