Talking to my wife she is not worried as her business is all listings by referrals which is the benefit of a 30 year career and one that is going to wind down in the next few years. 

I am starting a very big project that will take a few years to complete, but looking for advice and referrals as I start this journey. 

Why else do we always ask for referrals?

The owner already owns several properties and has achieved some success but may need some referrals to meet current repair demands.

It's becoming more and more common for people to find longer stay options on Airbnb, especially since Airbnb started promoting longer stays last year.

We were fortunate enough to be in the hands of an amazing and well connected real estate agent who we were able to find from referrals from a Lafayette real estate agent we had developed a decade long partnership with.
