I'm starting real estate license classes in January to get my license and seriously pondering a switch in careers to being a real estate agent full-time(very scary for me to lose my current salary/benefits) to learn more about the industry while earning commissions.

Still pondering if it makes sense.If I had to rehab the sucker too, I just wouldn't do it for $300 cash flow/mo. 

I am moving to Jacksonville in the spring to expand the portfolio.The reason I am telling you my background is to have you ponder whether you would like to search for a partner in a market you are researching, or if you would move to that market and set up operations. 

I'm sure preforeclosure process is tedious, but I was pondering a bigger wrench thrown in the mix.

I guess that’s also a point you can ponder.
